Alpha 1 Tower is one of the flagship real estate developments on the $6 billion Eko Atlantic project in Lagos. The property’s total land area is 12,100sqm usable space and sits in the exclusive Marina District of the Eko Atlantic, alongside other projects such as the Azuri Peninsula.
The Alpha1 is a Grade A office development situated in the Marina District of the new Eko Atlantic City. It will include a 14 floors open offices with one basement for car park. It is a concrete structure with well selected first choice finishes.
The built-up area is 14,000 square meter with 8,000 square meters net leasable.
It was designed by James Cubitt and is being constructed by ITB Nigeria Limited, the same contractors behind Heritage Place and Kingsway Tower in Ikoyi.
The tower was developed by a private investor with the intention of having Afren as the anchor tenant.
